This is my first blogging experience.. Do let me know your feedbacks after reading the blog.
Once upon a time an engineer (let him name Goofy) in his 3rd year of college went for a campus interview of a reputed Software company. He feared the placement exams. He somehow managed to crack the written exam (which was considered the toughest). Afterwards on the same day PI was conducted. It was supposed to be conducted the next day. Everyone was unaware and without any preparation. Our Goofy was very nervous and tensed.
There were nearly 8-10 people conducting the interview. After a long wait of 2 hrs his turn came. He entered the room. He sat before the interviewier. The interviewier looked at him. Goofy looked at him. This process continued for 2-3 min. Goofy was fearing about the questions. But the interviewer was nice. He didnt asked any technical questions. He asked Goofy about his hobbies,plans,etc. The interview was nice. He came out of the room and felt relaxed. Late at night, the results were announced. Goofy was selected!!
Goofy was so happy. He celebrated this with his friends. His family was abroad. They were also very happy. Goofy's life changed.. He stopped going to the MBA entrance classes. He stopped taking the studies seriously. He believed that life will be smooth after joining the company. He finished his Bachelors with a first class. He was a happy guy. Never took life seriously. He thougth that life is a cake walk.. He never studied hard for exams..Still managed to get a 1st class.. He never prepared for interviews,but got a job in country's best company.. He had lots of friends (incluing some boys.. ;) ) Some of his friend admired his life.. He used to have his dinner always in restaurants during his final year in college. Goofy loved Sizzlers!!
His lavish life at hostel was short lived. After his graduation,he went back to his home town.. He waited for his joining date. He had not recieved his Joining letter yet. After 5 months of his graduation, he finally got his joining letter. He was 5 months late then his friends to start his career. It mentioned that he had to go to a world renowned training center of the company.The melodrama started at his home. Relatives came to wish him.. His friends brought a Blackforest cake.. They celebrated together for the last time.That was the day, Goofy still remembers. He left for the training center with his 2 friends. Goofy made new friends in the train who were also heading for the training. Everyone was so excited...
Goofy's experience at the training center.. Wait for it.. in the next edition... ;)
Dont take life for granted, it may take you for the same...
